What's Covered
- • Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship present at the time of purchase.
- • Premature Failure: Parts that fail before their expected service life under normal driving conditions.
- • Material Defects: Cracks, breaks, or failures due to defective materials.
- • Functional Issues: Parts that don't perform as specified when properly installed.
What's Not Covered
- • Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect installation or use of wrong tools.
- • Normal Wear: Gradual wear from regular use (brake pads, filters, etc.).
- • Accident Damage: Physical damage from collisions, road hazards, or abuse.
- • Modifications: Parts that have been altered, painted, or modified.
- • Environmental Damage: Corrosion, rust, or damage from chemicals.
- • Commercial Use: Parts used in commercial, racing, or off-road applications unless specified.
- • Labor Costs: Installation or removal costs are not covered.
How to File a Warranty Claim

Gather Information
Have your order number, purchase date, and part number ready. Take photos or video showing the defect.

Contact Us
Call 1-866-461-2787 or email warranty@autrex.ca with your claim details and supporting evidence.

Return the Part
If requested, ship the defective part to us using our prepaid return label. Keep all original packaging if possible.

Receive Replacement
Once approved, we'll ship a replacement part at no charge. Most claims are processed within 5-7 business days.
Important Information
- • Proof of Purchase: Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
- • Professional Installation: We recommend professional installation. Improper installation may void the warranty.
- • Manufacturer Warranties: Some brands offer their own warranties that may exceed our standard coverage. Check product pages for details.
- • Replacement Parts: Warranty replacements carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
- • Core Returns: Some parts require a core return. Failure to return the core may affect your warranty.
