Firestone 008663 Product Description
The Firestone Winterforce?2 is a dedicated winter snow tire engineered to deliver confident traction, braking, and control in cold, snowy, icy, and slushy conditions for passenger cars, sedans, and minivans. Built with a special cold-weather rubber compound that stays pliable at temperatures well below the seasonal threshold, the Winterforce?2 maintains grip when most all-season tires harden and lose traction. Its directional tread pattern with deep circumferential grooves, wide lateral notches, and thousands of high-density biting edges helps channel water, slush, and snow out of the contact patch, enhancing resistance to hydroplaning and improving performance on packed snow and ice-covered roads. The tire meets the industry?s Severe Snow Service (Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake) standard, indicating strong winter performance where conditions are harshest. Studdable design options allow for optional metal studs in applicable sizes for enhanced ice traction.
Key Features
- EXTENSIVE WINTER BITE: Directional tread with thousands of high-density sipes provides a large number of biting edges that improve traction on packed snow and snowy hills.
- REINFORCED INTERNAL CONSTRUCTION: Twin steel belts over a polyester casing balance strength with ride comfort, supporting stable handling in winter driving.
- STUDDABLE DESIGN: Many sizes are molded to accept optional winter studs, enhancing grip on icy surfaces when conditions demand maximum traction.
- WATER?&?SLUSH EVACUATION: Deep circumferential grooves and sweeping lateral notches help clear slush and water from the footprint, reducing hydroplaning risk in winter rain and slush.
- WINTER-OPTIMIZED COMPOUND: Special cold weather tread compound stays flexible in low temperatures to maintain grip on snow, ice, and cold pavement where all-season tires lose traction.

Couldn't locate the parts for 2013 Civic Si Sedan. Front struts are an Anomaly found them at Capital autoparts. Great service and great parts. Shipping by CanPar sucked however

Great customer service. I placed an order for wheels and tires and it was an easy transaction. Make sure you read the expected lead times for delivery however. I misread that part, but the order did arrive in the correct timeframe stated. The Hostile rims and Hercules tires look great. Thank you
