Return Eligibility

You have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return. Some conditions may apply. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • • In the same condition you received it — uninstalled and unused
  • • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and hardware
  • • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Prepaid return shipping is only provided if the product is damaged on arrival, defective, or a catalog error on our part.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not the result of our error, defect, or damage in transit.

Autrex reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • • Items returned with missing packaging, labels, or hardware
  • • Items showing signs of attempted installation or use
  • Oversized or heavy items (tires, wheels, large assemblies) requiring special handling
  • • Returns from the United States
  • • Orders where inbound freight has already been incurred

Freight costs: Any incurred freight — both inbound and outbound — will be deducted from your refund for returns without exchange.

Cancellations

  • • A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund for all cancellations
  • • Some cancellations may incur higher fees depending on the payment provider
  • • Orders already in transit or processed may incur up to a 20% restocking fee
  • • An email with the exact refund amount will be sent for your authorization before processing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed parts — unless covered under warranty or confirmed defective
  • Mounted tires
  • Mounted wheels
  • • Parts with attempted installation (scratches, tool marks, grease)
  • Fluids and chemicals (oil, coolant, brake fluid, cleaners)
  • Electrical components once packaging is opened (sensors, modules, ECUs)
  • Custom or special orders made specifically for you
  • Sale items, final sales, and gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return

Receive your RMA

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions

Ship it back

Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided in your RMA

Get your refund

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 10 business days

Important: Items sent back without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — including free return shipping and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right part is to return the item and place a new order for the correct one. Once your return is accepted, we'll process your refund and you can order the replacement immediately. This ensures you get the right part shipped as fast as possible.

Refund Information

Processing Time

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

What's Deducted

Applicable restocking fees, cancellation fees, and any incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. You'll receive an email with the exact refund amount before processing.

Labor & Installation Costs

Under no circumstances will Autrex refund labor or installation costs, unless you hold a commercial account with an active labor warranty program.
